We’ve been sending guests out on the water, into the jungle, and up the hills long enough to know what’s worth getting up early for — and what isn’t. These are the experiences we’d point you toward. Everything is arranged personally through Charlie, our on-the-ground expert. No fixed menus, no surprises.

Komodo & Padar Sunrise
FULL DAY · DEPARTS AT DAWN
The classic for a reason. Hike Padar at dawn for the view, walk with Komodo dragons on the island, snorkel Pink Beach in the afternoon. Get up early. It's worth it.
Snorkel Safari
HALF DAY · 3–5 HOURS
Manta Point, Taka Makassar, Crystal Rock. Some of the best snorkelling in Indonesia, all within a few hours of Labuan Bajo. Mantas are common. Turtles happen. Bring an underwater camera.
Sunset Sailing
LATE AFTERNOON · ~3 HOURS
Out on the bay as the light goes golden. Cold drinks, good company, the kind of evening that makes the whole trip. Best paired with a slow dinner afterwards.
Waterfall & Village Trek
HALF DAY · 3–4 HOURS
Cunca Wulang waterfall via a jungle trail, with a stop through a traditional Manggarai village on the way back. Muddy boots, cold water, genuinely lovely.
Diving
HALF OR FULL DAY · FLEXIBLE TIMING
Some of the richest marine biodiversity on the planet sits right outside the harbour. We work with trusted local dive operators for everything from discover dives to multi-day liveaboards. Tell us your level and we'll find the right fit.
Private Charter Boat
HALF OR FULL DAY · CUSTOM TIMING
Your boat, your itinerary, your pace. Good for families, groups, or anyone who'd rather not share the day with 40 strangers. Tell Charlie what you want to see and he'll plan the route.
Island Hopping Picnic
FULL DAY · 6–8 HOURS
A curated day out — snorkelling, a beach stop, lunch somewhere quiet. Bring your swimmers and not much else. We handle the food and the route.
Wae Rebo Overnight
2 DAYS · 1 NIGHT · EARLY DEPARTURE
One of the most remote traditional villages in Indonesia, perched in the mountains above Flores. A serious trek, a genuine experience, and the kind of thing people talk about for years. Ask Charlie if you're keen — it takes a bit of planning.

We don’t publish fixed prices because they’d be misleading. What you pay depends on group size, which operator runs the trip, whether Charlie comes along, and what’s included.
