Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need to arrive early or leave late, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. We serve an à la carte seasonal menu daily – ordered fresh each morning. Just come down when you’re ready.
Cancellations made within 5 days of booking are free of charge. After that, the first night’s rate applies. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, get in touch and we’ll work it out with you.
Yes. The King/Twin Flex Room can be set up as a king bed or two twin beds. Just let us know your preference when you book and we’ll have it ready.
We have free scooter parking on site. There is no car parking at the property – Labuan Bajo town centre is close by and easy to get around on foot or by scooter.
We have Wi-Fi in all rooms and in all shared areas.
Yes – we’re happy to hold your bags after check-out so you can make the most of your last day. Just leave them with us at reception.
If your plans change, get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Modifications are subject to availability. The same cancellation policy applies to any reduction in nights.
Just ask at reception or message us on WhatsApp before you arrive. We’re happy to help arrange tours, transfers, and anything else you need.
Yes – just let us know your preference when you book or send us a message before you arrive. We’re a small property so we can’t always guarantee it, but we’ll always do our best.
Guests must be 18 or over to make a booking. Guests under 18 are very welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We have eight rooms so we can accommodate small groups nicely. Get in touch to discuss availability and rates – we’re happy to work something out.
